Senior Social Media Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Kingsmen Agency. As a Senior Social Media Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication, reporting, creativity, AI, design, video editing, and content creation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic social media plans to enhance clients\' online presence and meet their business objectives.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Create engaging and compelling content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure the performance of social media campaigns and develop actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Monitor trends and emerging technologies in social media, AI, and design, and incorporate them into strategy and content creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and design, to develop visually appealing and impactful social media assets.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance social media targeting, personalization, and automation.
• Manage and oversee video editing and production processes, ensuring high-quality and engaging video content.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and developments in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, with proficiency in social media analytics tools.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media strategies.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in social media marketing is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
