We are expanding our team and seeking highly motivated

Business Development Agents

with experience in

fit-out, interiors, or renovation sales

. The successful candidate will handle incoming client inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and close deals efficiently. While incoming leads will be provided, proactive outreach to generate new business opportunities is also expected.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client inquiries and build long-term professional relationships. Prepare accurate quotations, estimates, and proposals. Coordinate with suppliers and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients. Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively. Maintain organized records of client communications, project progress, and sales performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the

fit-out, interior design, renovation, or related industries

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Organized, confident, and proactive personality with a goal-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines. UAE experience preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
