Job Summary:
The Runner is responsible for providing support by performing various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Duties may include delivering items, running errands, assisting with setups, and handling ad-hoc requests. This role requires flexibility, efficiency, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver documents, packages, or items between departments, offices, or locations.
- Run errands such as picking up supplies, meals, or other essentials.
- Assist with setup/cleanup for meetings, events, or productions.
- Perform light administrative tasks (e.g., photocopying, filing, organizing).
- Communicate updates or delays to relevant parties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces.
- Follow instructions promptly and adapt to changing priorities.
- May assist with basic customer service or hospitality tasks.
