What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical equipment.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair tasks to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Monitor job progress, inspect completed tasks, and prepare reports for management.
• Provide technical support, prepare scopes of work, and participate in negotiations for repairs and services.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and propose corrective measures.
• Maintain up-to-date records, including maintenance logs, fault reports, and equipment history.
• Authorize electrical isolation certificates and work permits to ensure safe operations.
• Lead safety toolbox talks and enforce compliance with HSE procedures during tasks.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and modifications of electrical systems or equipment.
• Coordinate planning and execution of major shutdowns and overhauls.
• Monitor material availability, inspect spares, and prepare requisitions to meet maintenance needs.

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems and conducting root cause analysis.
• Proficient in safety procedures, work permits, and electrical isolation practices.
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
