Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automation Anywhere RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions, and will be responsible for working onsite with one of our key clients in Dubai. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication abilities for stakeholder interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere A360
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to gather and understand requirements
Ensure bot development aligns with best practices and enterprise standards
Perform bot performance monitoring, exception handling, and debugging
Maintain and update existing bots based on feedback and process changes
Work closely with client-side teams, including business and IT stakeholders
Document technical solutions and support knowledge transfer
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development
Strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 (Cloud version)
Proven ability to design and develop end-to-end automation workflows
Experience integrating RPA with databases, APIs, and OCR tools
Familiarity with Control Room administration and bot lifecycle management
Knowledge of IQ Bot, bot insights, and automation governance practices is a plus
Scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL is desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Automation Anywhere A360 certification is mandatory
Other Requirements:
Must be willing to work onsite in Dubai
Experience working with UAE/GCC clients is a plus
Preference will be given to candidates who can join on short notice
