Position Overview
Rotating Equipment Maintenance Supervisor roles with ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and modification of rotating equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and modification of rotating equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Review preventive maintenance plans and schedules, prepare task lists and maintenance programs, and supervise execution
• Provide guidance on chronic equipment issues and review requirements for major repairs and spare replacements in line with international standards
• Participate in risk assessment activities and prepare mitigation recommendations and control guidelines
• Ensure availability of spare parts, coordinate material orders, prepare proposals for stocking spares, manage item change requests, and control inventory levels
• Develop maintenance procedures and method statements for new activities and plan long-term work aligned with plant shutdown schedules
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to optimize manpower utilization and manage major and minor shutdowns and costs
• Provide technical support for new projects including mechanical design input, implementation, and commissioning to optimize cost and compliance
• Prepare and review plant change requests, develop implementation plans, and manage schedules
• Participate in HAZOP reviews, SIL validation meetings, and reliability studies for major rotating equipment
• Conduct root cause analysis for rotating equipment incidents and recurring failures and recommend corrective actions
• Plan, supervise, and develop assigned staff to meet functional objectives and performance targets
• Contribute to budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and investigate variances to support cost control
• Implement approved policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures in line with company and international requirements

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Minimum 6 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance within a large industrial organization
• Experience in oil and gas or heavy industrial environments is preferred

Skills Set

• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, and international standards
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, shutdown planning, and spare parts management
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and manage contractors
• High awareness of HSE requirements and risk management practices
