Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
Hands-on experience with robotics kits, sensors, automation tools, and microcontroller programming.
Strong knowledge of Python, C/C++, or block-based coding (Scratch, MIT App Inventor).
Good communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
Certification in Robotics/AI/Programming (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional Plus Points
Experience training children, teens, or adult learners.
Experience with 3D printing, CAD design, IoT projects, or machine learning basics.
Ability to organize events, competitions, and technical workshops.
Train students on programming concepts, sensors, microcontrollers, and robotics kits (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO, VEX).
Guide learners in assembling robots, troubleshooting issues, and executing hands-on projects.
Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, assessments, and training materials.
Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and project-based learning sessions.
Ensure student safety and proper use of tools, equipment, and lab devices.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate training records.
Support students in competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, robotics, and automation to enhance curriculum quality.
