real estate marketing

AI technology integration

. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving innovative campaigns that elevate brand visibility, engage target audiences, and generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

AI Integration:

Leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to optimize campaigns, personalize customer engagement, and improve lead generation.

Digital Marketing:

Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and website content.

Content & Branding:

Oversee content creation, marketing collateral, and brand consistency across platforms.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.

Analytics:

Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.

Events & Promotions:

Plan and coordinate exhibitions, property shows, and promotional activities.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Budget Management:

Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

Candidate Profile

Minimum

5 years of marketing experience

(real estate industry strongly preferred). Demonstrated expertise in

AI technology integration for marketing campaigns

. Strong knowledge of

digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools

. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative, data-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Must be

currently based in Qatar

with a valid QID.
