Job Description

Responsibilities:

Leads the implementation and administration of excellence criteria, trains internal assessors, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to elevate RTA's organizational performance.

Oversees procurement operations for operational and maintenance categories, manages supplier relationships, and ensures compliance with procurement regulations.

There are also managerial roles in areas like customer service, licensing, and various operational departments within RTA.

The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has achieved multiple ISO certifications, demonstrating its commitment to quality, efficiency, and sustainability. These certifications cover various aspects of the RTA's operations, including governance, training, configuration management, energy management, project management, and asset management.

Managing the centre's daily operations and activities, monitoring them, and ensuring their progress

Applying for Employee Users

Responsible for applying for Mulkiya

Supervision of transaction

Knowledge on RTA rules & regulation

Operation - Registration & renewals of cars

Develops and implements commercial transportation strategies,

Skills/ Experience

Batchelors Degree is a must

3 years of experience working in RTA - in managerial position

Knowledge on ISO certification, Mulkiya, renewals, registration,

Experience in transportation planning, and regulatory affairs; ability to analyze challenges and propose solutions.
