As a Wealth Management generalist, the Client Service Officers (RM Assistant) works within a team of assistants.
You support a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their clientele portfolios.
You hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the Bank's image. You are acting as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the employees and the clients.
Key responsabilities :
Ensure the link between the client, RMs, Service Team and operational departments ;
Assist RMs in their mission by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities ;
Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal) ;
Proceed with accounts openings/closings, pass the orders and controls the correct execution ; Control client identification, and call-backs ;
Master the mechanisms of the bank and works within the established practices and procedures.

Experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in front office private banking.

Customer oriented, self-motivated and meticulous
Outils informatiques
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC applications.
Knowledge of S2i a strong asset
Langues
Excellent command of English mandatory. French is a strong asset.
