Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA)
and internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's
risk management framework
in line with SCA regulations.
Conduct regular
risk assessments
and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Monitor operational, financial, market, and compliance risks across all departments.
Prepare
risk reports
and present findings to senior management and regulators when required.
Ensure compliance with
CISI standards and SCA Certificate 3 requirements
.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance
risk controls and policies
.
Assist in internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.
Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on risk management practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
CISI qualification
and
SCA Certificate 3 accreditation
are mandatory.
Minimum of
3-5 years' experience
in risk management, compliance, or financial services.
Strong understanding of
UAE financial regulations
and risk frameworks.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and reporting skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
