Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Operations Manager (CISI | SCA Accredited)

to oversee and manage the company's operational functions in compliance with UAE laws and the

Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA)

requirements. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and in-depth knowledge of financial services regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of business processes. Ensure compliance with

SCA regulations, CISI standards, and UAE laws

across all operational functions. Implement and monitor internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks. Develop and streamline policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce risks. Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders to maintain strong governance practices. Oversee client onboarding, KYC/AML procedures, and operational due diligence. Manage reporting requirements, including financial, compliance, and operational reports. Lead, coach, and develop the operations team to achieve company objectives. Support management in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

CISI Certification

and

SCA Accreditation

are mandatory. Minimum of

1 year of experience

in operations management within financial services, investment, or capital markets. Strong knowledge of

UAE financial regulations

, risk management, and compliance standards. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
