Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's risk management and compliance framework.
Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements (Insurance Authority, Central Bank, AML/CFT, etc.) and internal controls.
Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective measures.
Conduct periodic risk assessments and compliance audits across departments.
Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and management review.
Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance standards, company policies, and ethical practices.
Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in risk management or compliance.
Industry Exposure:
Insurance industry experience is preferred.
UAE Experience:
Not mandatory, but regional knowledge is an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (professional certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus).
Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities; attention to detail and integrity are essential.
