Rig Mechanic
with expertise in maintaining and repairingmechanical systems of 2000 HP land rigs
? This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to ensure optimal rig equipment performance.Since the site is in Bangladesh, the candidate must be fluent in
English
and aware ofBengali/Bangla
for smooth workplace communication.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair engines, pumps, hoisting equipment, and rig mechanical systems. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Troubleshoot breakdowns and repair mechanical components. Maintain detailed maintenance logs. Ensure compliance with rig safety standards.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as Rig Mechanic on 2000 HP rigs. Strong knowledge of rig mechanical systems. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a 12-hour shift environment. Certification in mechanical/technical trade preferred.
Job Details:
Location: Rig Site, Bangladesh Rotation: 2 months on / 1 month off Working Hours: 12 hours/day Type of Employment: Contractual (Rotation-based)
