Key Responsibilities:
Operate drilling equipment and manage daily drilling operations.
Supervise rig floor crew and ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
Monitor well parameters and drilling fluid systems.
Maintain records of drilling activities.
Support well control operations and emergency responses.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as Driller on 2000 HP Land Rigs.
Valid well control certification.
Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of rig safety protocols and drilling practices.
Must be fluent in
English
and aware of
Bengali/Bangla
(spoken at site).
Ability to work under 12-hour shift rotation.
Job Details:
Location: Rig Site, Bangladesh
Rotation: 2 months on / 1 month off
Working Hours: 12 hours/day
Type of Employment: Contractual (Rotation-based)
