, you will work closely with the Driller to ensure smooth and safe drilling activities.The role requires fluency in
English
and awareness ofBengali/Bangla
, ensuring effective communication in a diverse rig-site environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Driller in operating drilling equipment. Supervise and coordinate rig floor crew in daily activities. Monitor drilling parameters and assist in troubleshooting issues. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards on rig floor. Support emergency and well control procedures.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as Assistant Driller on 2000 HP land rigs. Valid well control certification preferred. Strong technical and operational understanding of drilling equipment. Team leadership and effective communication skills. Ability to work in a 12-hour shift environment.
Job Details:
Location: Rig Site, Bangladesh Rotation: 2 months on / 1 month off Working Hours: 12 hours/day Type of Employment: Contractual (Rotation-based)
