Hiring Ride Operator in Qatar

Project Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable, energetic, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Theme Park Ride Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating rides and attractions, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will be attentive, enjoy working with people, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.


Requirements:


Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Previous customer service or amusement park experience is a plus.

Must have two year's experience in the entertainment industry

Key Responsibilities:


Operate rides and attractions in a safe and efficient manner.

Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests before, during, and after the ride.

Perform daily inspections and safety checks of rides and equipment.

Communicate clearly with guests, providing instructions and answering questions.

Monitor ride areas to ensure guests follow safety rules and regulations.

Respond calmly and quickly to emergencies or ride malfunctions.

Assist guests with loading and unloading from rides.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas.

Report any issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

Uphold park rules, policies, and procedures.
