Rota International is seeking enthusiastic and safety-conscious Ride Operators to join our team. As a Ride Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rides and attractions, ensuring an enjoyable and secure experience for all guests.

This position is ideal for individuals who are capable of working in both indoor and outdoor park environments, maintaining professionalism and energy across varying weather conditions and operational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate rides and attractions in accordance with company and safety protocols. Assist guests with boarding and exiting rides while providing excellent customer service. Monitor ride operations and promptly report any technical or safety issues. Enforce ride safety rules and regulations to protect guests and team members. Conduct pre-ride safety checks and complete post-ride maintenance reports. Manage ride queues effectively to ensure smooth guest flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization around assigned ride areas. Communicate efficiently with team members and supervisors for smooth operations. Respond quickly to emergency situations following established safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (ride operator, hospitality, or entertainment industry preferred). Strong knowledge of safety procedures and operational standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Physically capable and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions. Detail-oriented with a safety-first mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
