The role We are looking for RF / MW Engineer to join our Radar Development team in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities: Be part of developing cutting edge boards containing digital, analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits. Drive the technology evolution of RF and MW design Liaise with mechanical, system, configuration management and other design & industrialization teams during all phases of board design Definition, design, simulation, schematic capture, lead the layout process, production pack release, bring-up, testing, troubleshoot, and documentation Responsible of electronics design, libraries, simulations, components selection, design guidelines. Deploy the Design Management system Leverage with global teams to define teamplates, design procedures, design guidelines, configuration rules and standardize across the mechanical design team. Support technically the delivery designs on time, on cost and on quality. Resolve technical conflicts within teammembers and across multidisciplinary teams. Ensure an common methodology to utilize design tools in the development of products under thermal and environmental constraints for aerospace and defence markets.

Experience and Skills Minimum 10 years of experience as Microwave Engineer with Relevant Education preferably M.Sc in Electronics & Electrical Engineering. Deep understanding in receiving and transmission RF architecture especially in multi-channel input RF systems Proven RF design cycle from specification, requirements, design, integration, and verification Experience in modelling, design and development of X-Band, S-Band, L-Band RF Boards Experience in modelling, design and development of Filters Experience with KeySight ADS, AWR Microwave Office Optimize circuits designs balanced and unbalanced Matching Experience with Altium Designer 21 Schematic/Layout Tools

Desirable Merits are also experience from radar development for Ku- and K and Ka-band Experience in relevant tools for electronics engineering, power electronics and Firmware development is a requirement Experience with Siemens Mentor HyperLynx Signal Integrity/EMI/EMC Tools

Skills Analysis, problem solving and trouble shooting Interpretation and breakdown of requirements Specifications, design diagrams and descriptions as well as reports Support with testing to meet requirements Good ability to carry through your own and others' ideas You must be able to express yourself in English, both oral and in written For you to achieve good results, you should act commercially and professionally when in contact with both customers and suppliers

Successful applicants would be required to undergo and satisfy Security Clearance formalities.
