Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate
BIM models
for facade and curtain wall systems using Autodesk Revit.
Create, manage, and maintain
custom Revit families
for facade components.
Prepare detailed
shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models
for facade projects.
Coordinate with
design, engineering, and site teams
to ensure project deliverables align with specifications.
Implement and maintain
BIM standards, templates, and workflows
across projects.
Detect and resolve
clashes
within BIM models using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
Collaborate with
architects, structural engineers, and contractors
to propose design solutions.
Ensure compliance with
project specifications, codes, and international facade standards

Provide technical input and
value engineering options
to optimize facade designs.
Maintain
accurate documentation and version control
of BIM files.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture, Civil Engineering

3-6 years
of experience in facade design and BIM modeling.
Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
