Job Summary

We are seeking a

skilled and detail-oriented Revit Facade Designer

with proven experience in facade design and engineering within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in

Autodesk Revit

and possess deep knowledge of

facade systems, architectural detailing, and UAE building regulations

. This position involves working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to develop innovative, sustainable, and compliant facade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed facade designs using

Autodesk Revit

, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. Create and manage

3D BIM models

, including

shop drawings, fabrication drawings

, and

construction documentation

for systems such as curtain walls, cladding, and glazing. Coordinate with

architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams

to ensure integrated and clash-free design solutions. Prepare and review technical documentation including

method statements, material specifications

, and

technical submittals

. Conduct

site inspections

to verify design implementation, address challenges, and ensure quality standards are met. Ensure compliance with

UAE building codes

, local authority requirements, and

sustainability standards

. Support

value engineering

efforts by proposing cost-effective, performance-driven design alternatives. Maintain well-organized project documentation in accordance with company protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Civil Engineering

, or a related field.

3-5 years

of UAE-based experience in facade design.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit

(mandatory). Knowledge of

AutoCAD, Rhino

, and additional BIM tools is a strong plus. Solid understanding of facade systems including

curtain walls, aluminum cladding, stone, and glass facades

. Familiarity with

local codes and standards

(e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality). Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Excellent

communication and coordination skills

for cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

facade contractors or consultants

in the GCC region. Awareness of

LEED standards

or sustainable design practices. Strong

attention to detail

, problem-solving mindset, and ability to meet

tight project deadlines

. Capacity to handle

multiple projects

simultaneously with minimal supervision.
