Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed and accurate facade designs using
Autodesk Revit
, adhering strictly to project specifications and standards.
Create comprehensive 3D BIM models, including shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation for facade systems such as curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure integrated, clash-free facade designs.
Prepare, review, and submit technical documentation including method statements, material specifications, and technical submissions.
Conduct site visits to verify design implementation, address on-site design issues, and ensure quality compliance.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant UAE building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
Participate in value engineering exercises and optimize designs for cost-efficiency and performance.
Manage design documentation and maintain organized archives according to company and project protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in facade design within the UAE.
Advanced proficiency in
Autodesk Revit
(mandatory).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD

Rhino
, and other BIM tools is a strong advantage.
Deep understanding of facade systems including curtain walls, aluminum cladding, stone, and glass facades.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality).
