Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed
Revit BIM models
for aluminum and facade systems based on project specifications.
Coordinate facade elements with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
Generate accurate
shop drawings, fabrication details
, and construction documentation directly from Revit models.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve
design and coordination issues
.
Participate in
clash detection and model coordination
reviews using tools such as Navisworks.
Ensure all work complies with the project's
BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
and internal quality standards.
Perform regular
quality checks
on models and drawing outputs.
Manage and maintain
BIM content libraries
specific to aluminum facade components.
Provide ongoing
support to project teams
during design, pre-construction, and construction phases.
Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
