Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Revit 3D Draftsman / Modeller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models using Autodesk Revit, producing detailed construction documents, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models and drawings using Autodesk Revit. Prepare architectural, structural, or MEP drawings and documentation. Coordinate models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP). Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Ensure models meet project standards and client requirements. Participate in design meetings and provide technical input. Maintain organized drawing files and documentation. Perform clash detection and resolve model conflicts.

Requirements:

Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

is mandatory. 3-5 years of relevant experience in drafting/modelling with Revit. Strong knowledge of building systems and construction methods. Experience in large MEP projects Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering plans and specifications. Familiarity with other software tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.) is a plus. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. BIM coordination experience is an advantage. Understanding of local building codes and standards.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
