We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer & Draftman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and eye-catching exhibition stands, event spaces, and displays. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to bring our clients' visions to life, ensuring a seamless blend of creativity and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

3D Models

for joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out projects. Develop accurate

shop drawings, cutting lists, and assembly details

based on project requirements. Generate comprehensive drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Create realistic

3D visualizations and renders

using 3ds Max / SketchUp for client presentations. Coordinate with the design, production, and site teams to ensure drawings align with actual production and installation requirements. Interpret architectural and design concepts into technical shop drawings with precise detailing for wood, metal, and acrylic joinery works. Ensure compliance with

project specifications, material standards, and quality requirements.

Make revisions and updates to drawings as per client/consultant feedback. Maintain a strong communication flow with engineers, project managers, and production supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field. 2-4 years of experience as a draftsman in exhibitions, events, Interior fit-outs & stand designs. Proficient in

AutoCAD (2D)

and

SketchUp (3D modeling)

; familiarity with rendering plugins like V-Ray or Enscape is a plus. Strong understanding of materials such as wood, aluminum, steel, acrylic, fabric, and graphics. Ability to interpret creative concepts and translate them into practical, build-ready documentation. Familiarity with site and venue constraints, rigging, and installation logistics in the events/exhibitions field. Excellent attention to detail, spatial awareness, and time management.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
