Set and manage competitive room rates to maximize profitability across various seasons.
Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies.
Track customer trends and market data to identify revenue opportunities.
Oversee the entire hotel booking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage room inventory and bookings, filling available spaces while preventing overbooking.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations.
Create and execute promotional campaigns to drive business and occupancy.
Optimize and expand relationships with distribution channels to reach a wider audience.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and business development insights.
Communicate effectively with sales teams and other hotel departments.
Foster a strong culture of revenue & reservation management throughout the hotel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management , Business Administration or Economics.
2 -3 years proven experience in Hospitality Industry in the same role.
Dubai market experience as a Revenue & Reservation Manager is advantages.
Strong ability to analyze data and identify revenue opportunities.
A strong commercial awareness and a drive for achieving goals and success.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
