Key Responsibilities:
0 Develop and implement
pricing strategies (PCT Pricing)
to maximize revenue.
0 Manage
Channel Managers
and ensure seamless synchronization across OTAs (
Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.
).
0 Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to forecast demand.
0 Optimize direct bookings through owned platforms and marketing strategies.
0 Collaborate with sales channels (OTAs, agencies, direct clients) for balanced distribution.
0 Conduct performance analysis using key metrics (
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR
).
0 Provide regular reports and KPI insights for management.
0 Plan and analyze the impact of promotions, discounts, and special offers.
0 Work closely with
marketing, sales, and customer service teams
to enhance guest experience.
0 Address pricing errors, booking cancellations, and adapt to market changes swiftly.
Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience
as a Revenue Manager in
hospitality or holiday homes
.
Strong knowledge of
revenue management principles and strategies
.
- Proficiency in
Channel Managers and Property Management Systems (PMS)
.
- Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation
skills.
- Ability to interpret data, market trends, and implement strategic solutions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management
, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Revenue Management certification
is a plus.
