JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for ensuring accurate billing, coding, and reimbursement processes. Analyzes revenue cycle data, identifies discrepancies, and implements solutions to prevent revenue loss. Collaborates with clinical, billing, and compliance teams to maintain financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

- Minimum three 1 year of healthcare experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, hospital operations is required
- Ability to demonstrate genuine concern for patients and patient satisfaction
- Ensure accurate billing and coding across services
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify errors or gaps
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reimbursement
- Collaborate with clinical, billing, and compliance teams
- Monitor adherence to healthcare regulations and payer policies
- Recommend process improvements to maximize revenue
- Prepare reports on revenue integrity trends and issues
