Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Dubai-based team. This is a hands-on, data-driven role ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, experience working with CRM systems (especially Zoho), and an interest in supporting revenue growth through accurate data input, system maintenance, and process support.


This position is perfect for someone looking to grow in the revenue operations space and gain exposure to cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance.

Responsibilities



Own day-to-day administration and management of the Zoho CRM platform, including data entry, updates, and integrity Ensure accurate recording of leads, deals, and customer information across CRM and associated systems Support sales and marketing teams with data-related tasks including list building, campaign tracking, and reporting Monitor CRM workflows and support user access, permissions, and troubleshooting issues Maintain internal documentation and processes related to data management and revenue operations Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and revenue insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CRM usage, data hygiene, and operational efficiency Support the execution of sales campaigns and lead-tracking initiatives (campaign experience a plus, not essential)

Skills required:



Prior experience in a CRM administration or revenue operations support role Strong proficiency with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data input and reporting Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with basic reporting and data manipulation Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of operational tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills
