Key Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of clients' commercial and contractual processes.
Timely and accurate submission of invoices, including handling of L/C transactions and all related documentation.
Ensure consistent achievement of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets through proactive monitoring, timely collections, and effective stakeholder coordination
Finalize reconciliations with clients at the earliest opportunity to secure revenue.
Collect payments and ensure proper documentation and handover.
Provide daily reporting of priorities and updates to management.
Coordinate effectively with the sales team to resolve outstanding commercial issues.
Communicate daily with all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of current issues, progress, and pending actions.
Proactively escalate challenges beyond your control to CCM or Management without delay.
Qualifications
Commercial/accounting qualification
Understanding of commercial processes within the construction industry
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of accounting
Confident, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
High levels of diligence, integrity, and professionalism.
KSA Driving License
Saudi National (Mandatory)
