Shift: Schedule: Full-time RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational activities Coordinate with financial controllers to set the target of the revenues for the ongoing year Collaborate with the account managers to get Purchase Orders and to validate revenues to be invoiced Send invoicing instructions to the billing team and collaborate to make sure the invoices are well processed Ensure a thorough follow-up of the budgeted, forecasted and invoiced revenues and pinpoint any inconsistency Document the revenue flows to keep an audit trail Regular analysis to ensure the invoices consistency and inform stakeholders if any gaps are detected Analysis of the General Ledger to ensure that Automatic Accruals are correctly booked Calculation of the quarterly accruals for the revenues to be in line with the forecast Prepare and send periodical reportings to Account Managers, Financial Controllers and other stakeholders Specific knowledge required Strong skills in MS Excel, Power BI, dashboarding Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Education and Experience Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized University with minimum 1 year of experience required
