We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our organization's revenue streams and contributing to our overall financial success.

Analyze revenue data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization Develop and implement revenue management strategies across various channels and market segments Generate regular reports and forecasts to support decision-making processes Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing strategies accordingly Evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives and recommend improvements Assist in the development and maintenance of revenue management systems and tools Participate in strategy discussions and contribute insights to maximize revenue potential Support the Director of Revenue Management in day-to-day tasks and special projects Ensure compliance with revenue management policies and procedures

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools Experience with revenue management systems such as Opera Cloud, Lesa Web, and TL Lincoln Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and implement process improvements Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment is preferred
