About The Role:

• Maintains up-to date competitor pricing of top selling items by outlet and makes recommendations to maximize revenue and profit
• Analyze and make recommendations in relations to F&B performance
• Monitors demand and competitor pricing and adjusts as required to meet desired targets
• Assists F&B with updating menu engineering tools to identify plow horses, dogs, stars and puzzles by outlet. Work together with Manager of Revenue Management F&B and Director of Operations to make changes to improve profitability
• Ensures monthly KPI reports are correct and issues in a timely manner and adheres to company policy
• Tracks all promotions and ROI against target set
• Identifies changes in trends when applicable
• Tracks in-house and outside guest covers and in-house capture ratio for each outlet
• Assists in annual budgeting process
• Assists in monthly and weekly forecasting
• Assist in preparation for the weekly strategy revenue meetings
• Promotes and protects brand equity
• Ability to design tools to standardize processes and increase efficiency
• Trains where required colleagues to ensure standards are understood and followed
• Ensures team members have current knowledge for all relevant processes, policies and promotions to perform their duties
• Implementing and recognizing potential opportunities within the system to enhance hotel performance
• Ensure F&B and Spa Teams manages accuracy of data in all systems, regularly check the data quality and update them accordingly.
• Prepare F&B and Spa month end pack and performance brief for F&B and Spa key personnel.
• Manages seat availability by meal period in Seven Rooms
• Follow up on initiatives and processes implementation, conduct analysis after execution and writing observations and recommendations

About You:

• 1 year in similar position in hospitality preferred
• Background as F&B Operation is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Simphony, Zenotti, InTouch Data.
• Hyperion (added advantage)
• Table Management Systems (added advantage)
• Knowledge of F&B analytics software is preferred
