Job Description
We are looking for a
Retention Marketing Manager
with a proven track record incustomer retention, ARPU growth, and LTV optimization
within theforex/Crypto industry
. This role will focus onUser lifecycle management, engagement strategies, and loyalty programs
to maximize user retention and revenue.4+ years of experience
inretention marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
within theCrypto and forex industry
. Strong expertise inincreasing ARPU, LTV, and reducing churn
. Hands-on experience withCRM tools ( Webengage , clavertap MoEngage, Optimove,
HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
. Data-driven mindset with experience usingGoogle Analytics, Power BI, or similar
platforms
. Knowledge ofsegmentation, automation, and behavioral targeting
. Experience withgamification, bonus systems, and loyalty programs
. Ability to work in afast-paced, high-growth working environment
