Assistant Spa Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Spa Manager with at least 3-5 years work experience in the same field.
Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring top-notch service delivery and guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail.
Develop and implement innovative spa treatment menus that reflect current trends, enhancing the guest experience and boosting revenue.
Train, and mentor a high-performing team of therapists and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Manage inventory and supplies efficiently, optimizing product usage while minimizing waste to maintain profitability.
Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth and retention.
Create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, leveraging social media and community engagement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to encourage repeat business.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, adjusting services and promotions to maintain a competitive edge.
