Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and reduce churn
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value and at-risk clients
Serve as the point of escalation for client complaints or dissatisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns targeting inactive or dormant clients
Work closely with the sales team to re-engage inactive clients.
Maintain confidentiality of client data and sensitive trading information.

Forex Trading Sales: 2 years (Required)
