\xc2\xb7 Design content and deliver modules for new joiner induction, customer service, selling skills, product etc.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct training to increase staff productivity on mainline products sales, services, exchange programs etc.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and publish monthly training calendar for product training, services, and soft skills training for retail.
\xc2\xb7 Design and implement assessments (online and in-person) post training modules and publishing dashboards.
\xc2\xb7 Develop coach-buddies and in-store retail trainers across E-max stores who will act as a training SPOC.
\xc2\xb7 Partner with the Group L&D COE team to facilitate, deliver leadership programs for succession planning of critical toles in Retail and Office functions
\xc2\xb7 Conduct talent management reviews to identify HiPo\xe2\x80\x99s and create IDP journeys.
\xc2\xb7 Design and create in-house learning content, modules for new learning initiaitives and assessment centers.
Qualifications
MBA in HR, Masters/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Psychology or a related field.
1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Learning and Development is preferred
