Quest is working in Partnership with a Retail Company to hire Retail Trainer who can determine and analyze the need for training. Responsibilities
- Research on training methods suitable for skill development
- Identify training skills that need to be addressed
- Keep yourself updated on new training techniques and procedures
- Keep updated records of training materials and modules
Requirement
- Excellent presentation skills and Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office mainly MS Excel
- Ability to design effective training programs
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
