Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various retail roles and functions. Facilitate engaging training sessions using a variety of delivery methods. Conduct regular assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training programs. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps. Stay updated with industry trends to enhance training material relevance. Create and maintain training schedules that accommodate operational demands. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to retail staff for skill improvement. Ensure training materials and resources are available and up to date. Support new store openings by providing on-site training and guidance. Track and report on training outcomes and improvements in performance. Assist in developing career development plans for promising retail talent.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a retail training environment. Proven track record in designing successful employee training programs. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential. Capacity to work collaboratively with multi-level retail management.
