ARABIC AREA MANAGER REQUIRED FOR DUOZOULU STORES

Core Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Store Leadership & Daily Operations



Oversee and support the performance of at least 12 stores across the assigned region. Ensuring seamless daily operations by conducting regular store visits and audits, and identifying and resolving operational gaps, staff issues, or inefficiencies proactively.

2. KPI-Driven Performance Management



Set, monitor, and drive achievement of sales, customer service, and store's KPIs, and set the needed improvement action plan, and deliver it to the store managers to exceed performance expectations.

3. Team Development & Coaching



Develop and lead a motivated, customer-focused team by providing ongoing coaching, in-store training, and regular feedback; identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training in collaboration with the retail trainer, while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, creativity, and brand passion.

4. People Management & Conflict Resolution



Serve as the primary support for store managers and sales teams by addressing staff concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing interdepartmental issues promptly and professionally, while fostering a culture of trust, open communication, and aligned team goals.

5. Strategic Reporting & Communication



Deliver consistent, structured sales and operational reports to senior management, including forecasts, sales trends, and competitor analytics, while ensuring clear and continuous communication with Store Managers, Operations teams, and cross-functional departments.

6. Product, Promotions & Launch Execution



Lead the execution of new product launches, in-store promotions, and seasonal campaigns by ensuring pricing accuracy, visual merchandising compliance, and team alignment through clear launch briefings and a strong focus on product USPs and customer approach.

7. Brand Representation & Relationship Building



Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally by building strong relationships with mall management, ensuring store compliance with mall standards, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, HR, finance, and logistics teams to drive seamless operational execution.

8. SOP Innovation & Brand Alignment



Design and implement innovative retail SOPs that elevate customer experience, improve store efficiency, and reflect DuoZouLu's luxury brand identity, while continuously evaluating and enhancing store-level processes to align with evolving business goals.

9. Market & Competitor Awareness



Monitor competitor activities--such as pricing, promotions, visual merchandising, and team behavior--and deliver monthly analysis and strategic insights to support data-driven decision-making and market positioning

10. Customer Experience Excellence



Champion a premium in-store customer experience by upholding DuoZouLu's luxury service standards, monitoring feedback and mystery shopping scores, and guiding Store Managers in cultivating a strong, customer-first culture across all locations.

11. Sustainability & Ethics (if aligned with brand values)



Promote sustainable operational practices, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible packaging, while ensuring staff are trained in ethical selling and the protection of customer data and privacy.

12. Business Continuity & Crisis Management



Be equipped to handle operational emergencies, such as staff shortages, product recalls, or mall restrictions, by implementing proactive contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted business across all stores.

13. Technology & Retail Tools Adoption



Champion the use of digital tools--such as POS analytics, CRM systems, and learning platforms--to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency, while training Store Managers to extract insights and lead impactful store-level initiatives.

14. Budget Ownership & Cost Control



Monitor operational expenses across all stores to ensure budget adherence, while identifying cost-saving opportunities that maintain DuoZouLu's service excellence and brand standards.

15. Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning



Support the recruitment of Store Managers and key sales staff in collaboration with HR, while identifying and developing high-potential talent to build a strong internal leadership pipeline.

16. Cross-Department Project Management



Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects--such as store openings, layout redesigns, and special campaigns--by coordinating closely with merchandising, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.

Candidate Profile:

Luxury Retail Experience

: Minimum 5 years in multi-store management for high-end or premium brands.

Strong Leadership

: Proven ability to lead and develop large, diverse teams.

: Confident with performance metrics, sales data, and business analysis.

: Clear, persuasive communicator across all organizational levels.
