Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Supervise, recruit and train staff to sell products
- Supervise, recruit and train staff to handle in-store merchandising and product installations
- Manage in-store and online sales orders to hit daily and monthly targets
- Co-ordinate deliveries and home installations so products go to customers in a prompt and efficient manner
- Listen to and Manage customer feedback and complaints
- Merchandize and manage store displays to incentivize customer purchases
- Monitor and consistently check stock to assess stock level, stock quality and prevent shrinkage/damage
- Bring In New Improvements to Systems and Structures
- Managerial: 4 years (Required)
- UAE work: 4 years (Required)
