We are looking for a results driven retail Store Manager with Alcohol industry experience responsible for the overall store management.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.
With 5 years of experience in Alcohol industry, FMCG, Hospitality or equivalent
Comprehensive product knowledge of alcohol beverage
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Ability to provide leadership and product knowledge training with the team.
Ability to review business related data such as financial performance, inventory, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, analyzes business information to proactively address changing market conditions.
Responsible to prepare reports for the management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances.
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation
Develop and train retail sales team members
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written & verbal)
Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset
Strong customer focus and decision-making skills
With passion for quality and excellence.
Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse organization.
Excellent, proven interpersonal and communications skills.
Candidate with experience in a similar position based in UAE would be ideal
Prefer those who have UAE Driving license
Preferably with WSET2 certificate
