Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities

  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
  • train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
  • Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
  • Oversee stock and store operations
3-5 years of retail & retail management experience is required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month COVID-19 considerations: Wear Masks, and maintain social distance at all times. Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
