Retail Sales Manager
to lead our showroom team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive retail showroom Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction Oversee inventory management and product presentation Track KPIs, sales data, and prepare performance reports 3+ years of experience in
automotive sales or retail management
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets Knowledge of auto industry trends and financing options Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting toolsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
