Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve company sales and revenue targets.
Identify and develop new retail business opportunities within assigned territories.
Negotiate trading terms, listing fees, promotions, and visibility agreements with key retail chains.
Manage product placement, planograms, and in-store merchandising activities to maximize visibility.
2. Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
Ensure timely execution of promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns in stores.
Monitor sales performance, shelf share, and competitor activity within retail outlets.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery and stock availability.
3. Team Management & Leadership
Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Set sales goals, monitor field activities, and provide performance feedback and training.
Conduct regular market visits to assess execution quality and team performance.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Analyze retail performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Monitor pricing, discounts, and margins to ensure profitability.
