Role Summary:

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing sales performance, driving business growth, and leading a motivated team. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and strategic planning. Recruit, train, and manage retail staff; conduct regular performance reviews. Monitor and analyze sales reports, set targets, and ensure goals are met. Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. Supervise visual merchandising and in-store displays to optimize product presentation. Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and coordination with supply chain teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Report to senior management with insights and performance updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or in a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. Flexible to work weekends or extended hours as required.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Industry knowledge in carpet is preferred.
