We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead and manage our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a motivated team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership
:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to the team.
Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to boost sales.
Team Management
:
Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Customer Experience
:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming store environment.
Inventory and Merchandising
:
Oversee inventory management to ensure stock availability.
Coordinate with the merchandising team to optimize product displays and promotions.
Conduct regular stock takes and manage stock levels efficiently.
Operational Excellence
:
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, reporting, and store maintenance.
Implement and monitor store security measures.
Market Analysis
:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Develop strategies to stay competitive and enhance market share.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
