We have been retained to work with this well:established company to find them a strong Manager to look after their Stationary, Retail and Furniture Sales Business Key Responsibilities of this role: A Oversee all daily sales operations of the business A Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth. A Manage and develop budgets, forecasts and financial objectives. A Execute strategic plans to expand market share and profitability. A Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and product lines. A Lead tender submissions and maintain strong relationships with Government agencies/departments. A Ensure alignment of educational publishing MOE standards. A Manage retail and wholesale performance, optimizing inventory and customer experience. A Represent company at industrial events. A Actively involved with securing accounts receivable. A Lead and mentor a diverse Sales Team. Qualifications, Skills and Experience required for this role: A Batchelors degree in Business Management or related field. A Minimum of five years in sales and sales management experience. A Strong knowledge of the stationery and office furniture supplies market. A Excellent communication and leadership skills. A Experience in working in the Middle East. A Exceptional negotiation and strategic planning skills.
