Fintrek Marketing is seeking driven and results-oriented
Sales Executives
to join our Personal Loan sales team in Abu Dhabi. If you have banking sales experience, strong communication skills, and a target-focused mindset, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell personal loan products to prospective customers. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Clearly explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to clients. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Ensure accurate processing of applications and compliance with company and bank guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in personal loan sales (UAE or home country). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Must be based in Abu Dhabi. Immediate joiners preferred.Benefits
