Retail Sales Executives - Personal Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan and finance products

offered by top-tier UAE banks Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking Identify customer needs and recommend the right financial solutions Meet and exceed monthly

sales targets and performance KPIs

Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service Stay up to date with

banking policies

, financial regulations, and product changes

Candidate Requirements:

Experienced candidates

in personal finance, personal loan sales, or banking sales preferred

Freshers with excellent communication skills

and a passion for financial sales are encouraged to apply Must be

currently residing in the UAE

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client handling skills Ability to work independently in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment
